Heart Cell

All upgrade parts can be obtained from Treasure Pods or from Shadow Plort Doors within the Grey Labyrinth, and there are three Heart Cells in total scattered across the map: one in the Rainbow Fields, one in Ember Valley, and one in the Grey Labyrinth.

The Heart Cell is used exclusively for upgrading the Heart Module at the fabricator beneath the Conservatory, and while the module can be upgraded four times in total, the Heart Cell is required for three of these upgrades, each of which increases Beatrix’s maximum health by 50.
