Usage
The Dash Pad can be placed anywhere on the map and picked up after use. However, once removed, its effects immediately wear off. Running over a Dash Pad grants the player the ability to sprint without consuming energy for 10 seconds. Standing on the pad will not extend the timer but will keep the charge at maximum until the player steps off. The charge is displayed as blue lightning on both the UI and the Energy bar, which gradually fades as the effect runs out.
Slimepedia
Allows you to briefly sprint with zero energy cost.
